american legion chili cook-offThe American Legion Post 90 is hosting a statewide chili cook-off May 14 at 10 a.m. The event will be held at St. George’s town square, located at 1 S 100 W.

Participants will compete for over $1700 in prizes, and first place winners will compete in the International Chili Society’s National Competition. The event will include live entertainment, trike races, show cars, bounce houses, and more. Chili, chili dogs, hot dogs, and other treats will be available for purchase. All proceeds go directly to help military veterans and their families.

Admission is free. Participants can register at chilicookoff.com or email pam@stgeorgechamber.com for more information.
