  1. Well to be honest a good friendly quarter poker game with the boys reduces stress as well. When it comes to Arjuna and Krishna, one concept comes to mind that admonishes all stress. When Krishna (in disguise of course) answers Arjuna’s greatest concern with the following… the Self does not slay, nor is the self slayed. If you can truly figure out what this means, then all stress disappears in life.
