Bernie Sanders Utah EventAs the season of primary election voting moves toward Utah, so does the attention of most presidential candidates. Current Democratic front runner Hillary Clinton already made a stop in Utah March 16. Sen. Bernie Sanders released a statement today that he will visit Utah March 18 for an event set to start at 12:30 p.m. Gov. John Kasich held rally stops in the Beehive State on both Wednesday and Thursday. Sen. Ted Cruz and controversial Republican candidate Donald Trump are rumored to still beconsidering making a stop in Utah.

Sanders, whose campaign is built around helping the middle class, in part by reining in Wall Street and implementing heavy campaign finance reform, already has a campaign office in Salt Lake City. His event will also take place in Salt Lake City at The Garden Place, located at 2601 Sunnyside Ave. The event is free and open to the public although, RSVPs are encouraged.

“Crowd entrance can be found at NW corner of Brigham Young parking lot,” reads Sanders’ website. “Parking is located behind the monument at This Is The Place Heritage Park. Parking will be limited, so carpooling is highly encouraged. Public transportation: Nearest bus stops are located at Arapeen Dr at 789 S on the 223 and 313 lines and Arapeen Dr at 750 S on the 3 and 228 lines.”

These town hall events have been greeted with enthusiasm by a state that narrowly missed out on a chance to hold its first presidential debate this year.

  1. Clinton, Obama, and Cruz (all of whom are Goldman Sachs puppets) continually do what virtually all lawyers do, which is to manipulate the truth and lie to your face in a slick way that is persuasive, and is in the best interest of themselves and their clients (huge money donors in this case). This is why many people hate lawyers; it is also why lawyers are naturally great at being politicians.

I’ve come to find that we have very few politicians in Washington who are not lawyers. It is my opinion that we would be FAR better off if all lawyers were banned from seeking political office. In this election, I’m supporting the one candidate who has an ECONOMICS degree rather than a law degree; that’s what we desperately need; and that’s Donald Trump! The LAST thing we need are more paid-for lawyer stooges who don’t actually understand how the economy works other than what they have to do and say to get more money into their OWN pockets!

Whoever you support, follow the money! Find out who your candidate is really working for.

  2. Super-PACs must be banned! They give a few wealthy people the ability to shape our entire political system; they allow for absurdly unequal representation! The people funding these PACs are people who have acquired their wealth from selling out America through political favors, endless wars, unfair trade deals, exploiting foreign labor, exploiting illegal labor within our borders, and creating insurmountable debt for our children. Super-PACs are a direct conflict of interest and an absolute corrupting force!

In my opinion, any candidate who doesn’t denounce their super-PACs is a SNAKE, and a flat out TRAITOR to America! Establishment tools Clinton, Cruz, and Kasich should denounce super-PACs like Trump and Sanders have!

  3. Let’s think about this important caucus on Tuesday. Bernie is an honest and experienced man of the people who has demonstrated good judgement his whole career. Hillary has never met a war she didn’t like, changes policy positions with the weather and is bought by Wall Street. The bonus is that Bernie consistently does better than Hillary on head to head match ups against Trump. Hillary has all that baggage which makes her more vulnerable to attack if not actually being indicted. Vote for Bernie Sanders on Tuesday. Thanks!
