On Saturday, April 30, visionary artist and healer Deidre Lynne will present “Painting the Soul: You Are The Artist of Your Life,” a 3 1/2-hour workshop. This unique multi-sensory painting workshop is designed to connect each participant to his or her true soul through art, sound, meditation, and essential oils. The workshop will be held from 2 to 5:30 p.m. at The Center for Spiritual Living, located at 908 N 1400 W in St. George.
Lynne will cover various topics in the workshop:
—Learning to heal through the intuitive painting process which awakens one’s core essence.
—Releasing the ego by ascending into the color, sound, and vibration of one’s divine energies.
—Discovering and bring to life one’s consciousness through a process that engages the creative self and the “I Am” presence.
Lynne has loved the arts since she was a child and has been a creative arts educator since 1992.
“Soul paintings are energetically-embedded paintings set with healing energies by the Divine Creator, Angelic Guides, and beyond,” said Lynne. “By stepping out into the vibration of color, light, sounds, and guided mediation, we open ourselves to Spirit and healing.”
In her healing practice, Lynne, who lives in La Verkin, says that she often uses art and sound to help her clients connect with the “language of light,” allowing one to see their life and passions in vivid moments of clarity. She says that the workshop gives participants a peek into the power of one’s intuition, inviting people to play with and gain wisdom regarding their lives.
All art supplies will be provided. Participants should wear older clothes that can get paint on them and can bring a sack lunch or snacks if they like. The cost of the workshop is $85 with a $45 deposit. Any cancellations must be made 48 hours prior to class.
