1Utah UFO Festival

The Utah UFO Festival will run from Thursday, Aug. 19, through Sunday, Aug. 23. This event will feature a movie festival, keynote speakers, live entertainment and much more. It will be held at the Heritage Center Theater in Cedar City. Visit utahufofest.org for more information.

2Farmers Markets

Get to St. George, Cedar City or Springdale Saturday morning for one of four weekly farmers markets. They feature fresh produce, baked goods, crafts and good company. Visit our Events Calendar at suindependent.com for times and locations.

3Pine Mountain Bluegrass Band at Zion Canyon Brew Pub

Pine Mountain Bluegrass Band is back for another show at Zion Canyon Brew Pub in Springdale. They will be performing Saturday afternoon from 4 to 7 p.m. out on the patio.

4Many Miles at O.C. Tanner

Stay in the Zion Canyon area Saturday for a live performance from Many Miles as part of the O.C. Tanner Concert Series. This group plays a great mix of acoustic rock, blues, reggae and jazz that you won’t want to miss. Show starts at 8 p.m. and tickets are $15.

5Old Californio at Bit and Spur

To finish off a great Saturday in Springdale, get to the Bit and Spur for live music from The House Band, featuring members from Old Californio. The show starts at 10 p.m. and is 21 and over. Tickets are $15.
