About this pet: Kitty is a 13-year-old female DMH Calico. Her owner recently passed away. She loves to go outside (with supervision). She is a very sweet cat. Kitty is a little depressed right now and needs to find a new home so she can get back to normal.

About this pet: Rosie is about one year old and is a DSH black and white cat. She had three kittens who have found homes. Rosie would like her turn to be a kitten now. She is such a sweet girl and loves to be scratched and petted.

About this pet: Doc is a one-year-old male Red Heeler. He and his brother came to PAWS from a kill shelter. He is a very sweet and playful boy. He is an alpha personality and may need to be the only dog in his new home.

About this pet: Miles is a four-year-old Chi-Weenie who LOVES everyone. He loves to sit in your lap and be held. He is always ‘smiling’. Miles is ready to go home with the right family or person. He loves walks and play time. He is just a very happy little guy.

6Candy

About this pet: Candy is a beautiful girl. She is a purebred German Shepherd. Candy is considered a large dog weighing 50 pounds. She is only three years old. Candy would fit into an active family. While Candy is an indoor dog, she needs a home with a fenced yard so she can enjoy the outdoors and be safe at the same time. Candy would really like to find her new forever home as soon as possible. From March 1–31 Candy’s adoption fee will be reduced to only $25.

About this pet: Calypso was released by his owner to the shelter. That is always a very difficult situation for all involved. Calypso is a handsome boy. He is an Aussie mix. Calypso is six years old. He is active and appears to be in good health. Calypso is an indoor dog but would like a fenced yard so he can enjoy the outdoors. He is good with kids and other dogs. 8Maggie and Gilly

About this pet: Maggie is a Border Collie/Australian Shepherd mix. She is approximately four years old. As you can tell from her picture she is a big girl. Gilly is a female approximately two years old. She weighs 40 pounds. Gilly is a Hound Mix. She is a beautiful girl with huge velvet hound dog ears. Together they have traveled a journey of loyalty and love. In October, they were seen emerging from the Virgin River together when the river was high and muddy with flood waters. In December, they were transferred to the Ivins Shelter for a better chance at adoption and opportunities to socialize. Maggie and Gilly need a home with a yard and a good fence where they can play and feel secure. They are not high maintenance dogs but need to be given time to form a bond with their owner. They have been through more than we will ever know, but one thing is certain: they have survived against the odds, and everyone who comes into contact with them gains a deeper understanding of a very sweet and pure love. From March 1–31 Maggie and Gilly’s adoption fee will be two for the price of one at only $25.

9Milo

About this pet: Milo is a senior citizen. He would really like to find a new forever home where he will be loved and safe. Milo is a handsome Orange Tabby. He is declawed. Milo weighs 12 pounds. Milo is waiting on you to visit him in the shelter, fall in love with him, and take him home with you. It is hard for the older cats to be in the shelter. From March 1–31 Milo’s adoption fee will be reduced to only $12.

About this pet: Beanie is a seven-month-old kitten. She is a beautiful white striped Tabby. Beanie only weighs six pounds. She has a very sweet and loving personality. Beanie likes to play and cuddle. She would make a fantastic family member because she is young and trainable. Beanie is very anxious to find her forever family and home. From March 1–31 Beanie’s adoption fee will be reduced to only $12.

Teddy is an 18-month-old Heeler/Shepherd blend. He has a lot of energy and loves to play and be with people. He is doing well on basic commands like sit, stay, wait, and being in his kennel. Teddy will sit up on his hind end for attention. He’s great on a leash or harness and loves to go for walks.
