Zion Junior Theater of La Verkin city was founded in 2010 by Sherri Behunin who saw a great need to develop the youth in her city. Founded in 2010, the theatrical group produces quality junior productions utilizing the talent of kids from 8 to17 years of age. Previous productions include other musicals like “Dear Edwina, Jr.” In preparing this season’s production, the cast members have each put in almost 100 hours of rehearsal, and Behunin, who is a teacher at La Verkin Elementary, has put in much more than that. Family tickets are $20. Individual tickets are $5 for attendees ages 12 and older and $3 for younger attendees.
