Home for the holidays! Those specials smells and feelings of warmth and love are remembered throughout our lives. Join the Vegetarian Society of Utah as four of their chefs demonstrate several homey, healthy and delicious dishes prepared the whole food plant-based way.

On Saturday, Nov. 23 at 6 p.m., the Vegetarian Society of Utah presents their annual “Homey Holiday Food Demo,” with food preparation and demo by four vegan chefs: Barbara J. Mathison, April Ashcroft, Lisa Mickelson and Mark Peterson. The event will take place at the St George Community Building, 245 N. 200 West in St. George.

Eat a little before you come; however, there will be lots of samples of everything to taste and enjoy. This is a fun and informative event you don’t want to miss – especially if you’ve been thinking about adding more nutrient-dense food to your holiday plate!

Attendance is free, but donations are welcomed.
