TONIGHT: Annual chili cook-off & lawnmower races at Beaver Dam Station

The Beaver Dam Station and Bar in Littlefield, Ariz., located just 25 minutes south of St. George en route to Mesquite, Nev., presents its 24th Annual Chili Cook-Off on Saturday, Nov. 9. This event will include cash prizes for competitors, lawnmower races and a special guest performance by Dakota Nights. Admission is free to the public.
There is a $10 entry fee for those desiring to enter the chili cook-off. The fee includes a participation T-shirt. Competitors should drop off their prepared chili between 6-7 p.m. on Nov. 9, and judging will begin at 7 p.m.
Also taking place this month, Beaver Dam Station and Bar will host its annual community Thanksgiving feast. This free holiday meal and gathering is open to anyone wishing to attend. Those who would like to bring a potluck dish may do so, but it is not required. Dinner will be served at 2 p.m.
