What's Up Down South 2015The Independent

If you cannot attend the ‘What’s Up Down South Economic Summit’ but would like to, Southern Utah LIVE Television Network will be streaming it from the Washington County Economic Summit, “What’s Up Down South,” live online  from Dixie Convention Center, today from 8 a.m. to 3 p.m. The broadcast will be viewable at southernutahLIVE.com and on Baja Cable/CEC TV Channel 22.

Now anyone who cannot attend the event, but would like to, can still hear what all the speakers have to say. Promoting this year’s Economic Summit theme of “Inspiring Greatness” will be keynote speaker Noelle Pikus Pace, winner of a 2014 Olympic Silver Medal in Skeleton. Pikus Pace, who suffered a heartbreaking accident with a bobsled in 2005 before making a heroic comeback on the world stage in 2014, is scheduled to speak at noon. Tune in to hear her and many other great speakers.

At 1:30 p.m., nationally renowned community strategist Robert Grow, president and CEO of Envision Utah, will present at session entitled Growth Opportunities and Challenges.

If you can’t watch it live, the Economic Summit conferences (2008-2014) are archived and available for on-demand viewing, anytime at southernutahLIVE.com.
