The Whole Food Prep School of Utah is presenting “The Whole Food Bread & Salad Month.” Whole Food Prep School chefs Dr. Don and Deb Vradenburg and Stephen Keith will be the presenting chefs.

On Feb. 13, the Vradenberg’s will present:

· Manna Original Daily Bread

· Spelt, Rye, Coconut, Raisin Bread

· Multigrain Gluten-Free Bread

· Vegan Cheese Fondue

On Feb. 26, Stephen Keith will present:

· Four Nutritive Dense Satisfying Salads

· These are Full Main Meals

· A Variety of Alternative, Delicious Dressings

The food will be 100 percent whole food plant-based – no animal products. The events will take place on Wednesday, Feb. 13 and Tuesday, Feb. 26 at 6 p.m. at the Dixie Middle School home economics room (room 110), 825 S. 100 East in St George. The cost to attend is $5.
