Put on your boots and prepare for the Western Legends Heritage and Music Festival, returning for its 26th year from August 22nd to 25th, 2024, in Kanab, Utah. Join us for an unforgettable celebration of the Wild West.

Start the festival on Thursday night with “Stars Final Curtain Call Dinner.” Afterwards, join us around the campfire for “Circle the Wagons,” featuring Cowboy Poetry and Music under the twinkling stars. Enjoy authentic Cowboy Poetry with poets sharing their heartfelt tales alongside the stars who made the West famous.

Prepare for a thrilling experience at the Western Legends rodeo on Friday night. Watch world-famous bull and bronc riders compete for the title of Champion and the bragging rights that come with it. Marvel at the ropers and barrel racers as they showcase their speed and agility, guided by their trusty horse companions. This will be a showdown you won’t soon forget!

For country music lovers, the Battle of the Bands brings you the finest up-and-coming country bands competing for a grand prize of $10,000 – winner takes it all! Each band will perform once on Friday and again on Saturday, with the ultimate victor performing at the crowd-favorite street dance on 100 East, right in front of the Kanab Center. Get ready for some two-stepping fun! Enjoy our Country Balladry at the Kanab Center gym.

While enjoying the music, explore the street fair filled with Western arts and craft vendors. Find unique treasures to remember this unforgettable event. When you get hungry, our food vendors will be serving up delicious meals to keep you fueled for the festivities. Also, don’t miss the Quilt show and enjoy our Country Balladry in the Kanab Center gym.
