Celebrating 25 Years of Empowerment: Kanab Women’s Forum

Since its founding in 2000 by a group of dedicated women, the Kanab Women’s Forum has been a cornerstone of empowerment and community in our town. This year marks a significant milestone as we celebrate our 25th anniversary, reflecting on the journey of growth and support we’ve provided to women of all ages.
Established as an event specific to adult women, it has evolved and now welcomes girls aged 12 and up to participate. This inclusivity has allowed us to nurture our community’s next generation of leaders and changemakers.
This year’s forum will be on Saturday, March 15, starting at 8 AM. You can purchase tickets for $30 from the Office of Tourism online on the day of the event at the door for $35. We are thrilled to feature a dynamic keynote speaker who will ignite motivation and encourage personal growth. Throughout the day, attendees can participate in enriching workshops covering essential topics such as nutrition, finance, physical activity, crafts, and relationships. These workshops offer practical insights and skills that resonate with our attendees’ diverse interests and needs.
A highlight of the event is the delicious lunch made possible through the generous support of local businesses who have contributed meals and prizes for distribution. These donations underscore the community’s commitment to supporting events that uplift and empower women.
