1The Comedy Machine
The Comedy Machine is back for another night of fun and laughs featuring improv comedian Matt Markman, headliner Tymon Shipp, and host Trez Mala. Get to the CasaBlanca showroom for great skits, jokes, and more. This show happens every first Friday of the month starting at 8:30 p.m. Doors open at 7:30 p.m. and is 21 and over. 2Opus and Orchestra
The SUU Symphony Orchestra and SUU’s Opus Chamber Choir are coming together for the Music Masterworks Series. Hear their joyous musical pieces Friday night from 7:30 to 9:30 p.m. at the Heritage Center Theater. To purchase tickets, visit SUU’s events page.
3Year-Round Cedar City Farmers Market
Enjoy fresh produce, delicious baked goods, handmade crafts, and community company at the Year-Round Cedar City Farmers Market. This market is held every Saturday morning from 9 a.m. to noon at the IFA parking lot in Cedar City. Make this your weekly Saturday morning stop. 4Hike for PAWS
The fourth “Hike for PAWS” will give you and your furry friends the chance to explore Yellow Knolls Trail in the Red Cliffs Desert Preserve. There will be a $5–$10 fee for every hiker, and all of the proceeds will go to PAWS Adoption Center. The pre-hike registration will be at Nisson Park Saturday morning starting at 9 a.m. Be a part of a drawing for prizes to begin the hike, then enjoy a day outdoors with friends and pets. 5Sala and the Shakedown
Zion Canyon Brew Pub kicks off its April music lineup with Sala and the Shakedown. Hear live R&B and rock jams on the outdoor patio Saturday from 4 to 7 p.m. Grab a handcrafted brew and a bite to eat, and kick back in the beautiful Zion Canyon area. 6Sinatra and Friends Tribute Concert
The CasaBlanca Showroom in Mesquite brings you Sinatra and Friends, a tribute concert to Frank Sinatra featuring Steve Lippia. Hear Sinatra’s greatest hits and have a “simply swingin’” good time.
