Ancestor Square Spring Concert Series
The Ancestor Square Spring Concert Series continues this Thursday at 7 p.m. Hurricane Idol winner and Dixie’s Got Talent runner up Haven Sunderland will open the event. Lisle Crowley and Travis Brown join the lineup as The Lawn Darts Unplugged. Check out this night of extreme talent on St. George Boulevard and Main Street. World Off Road Racing Championship, round eight
The Iron Mine Race Park in Cedar City will host round eight of the World Off Road Racing Championship. It starts Friday, May 27, and runs each day from 7 a.m. to 6:30 p.m. through Sunday, May 29. Gate and race entry prices vary. Visit Iron Mine Race Park to learn more about this event, and sign up to join the world’s most exciting and largest off-road racing series.
Asian American and Pacific Islander Heritage Month
In celebration of Asian American and Pacific Islander Heritage Month, the Mesquite Library invites you to enjoy many cultural events starting this Friday at 7 p.m with the Luca Ciarla Quartet. Come learn about Hula, dances of India, and traditional Chinese music, and enjoy a documentary about Asian Civil Rights in America. Gunlock County
George’s Corner Restaurant and Pub will be hosting live outlaw country music performed by Gunlock County this Friday with Raven Cain closing up the May lineup. Come relax, eat a fantastic meal and enjoy great music at George’s Corner this Friday from 8 to 11 p.m.
Thomas B. Holmes book signing and lecture

Pine Mountain Bluegrass Band
Eat, drink, and listen to live bluegrass music this Saturday from 4 to 7 p.m. at the Zion Canyon Brew Pub where Pine Mountain Bluegrass Band will be performing live on the outside patio.
Journey and Bon Jovi Tribute Bands
The Showroom at the Casablanca Resort presents ROXSHOW: two great tribute bands in one show. A tribute to Journey, “Raised on Radio,” and a tribute to Bon Jovi, “One Wilde Night,” will be performing Saturday at 8:30 p.m. The intense Las Vegas-based act features former members of Bob Seger, Vixen, Valentino, Head East, Michael Schenker, and Great White World. This show is a 21 and older show. Tickets can be purchased on the Casablanca website.
