Redstone Theater hosts “A Joshua Creek Christmas”
By Josh Warburton
Joshua Creek, the award-winning Americana-Country group from northern Utah, will perform “A Joshua Creek Christmas” at 6:30 p.m. Dec. 14 at the Redstone Theater in Kanab. Joshua Creek will be joined by Kanab’s own the Fabulous Crooners, who will kick off the show with their own mix of holiday classics.
Known for their story songs and soaring vocals, Joshua Creek has released six albums in the last 12 years, receiving local and regional airplay throughout the United States. They’ve performed in front of a quarter of a million people, mostly here in Utah. Their song “What Kinda Car” hit No. 1 on the Christian-Country charts in the south, and their latest singles, “Promise You’ll Stay” and “I Fly a Little,” are heard on Sunday radio shows in the Rocky Mountain states. Joshua Creek comprises Jeff Hinton on lead vocals and guitar, Quint Randle on backing vocals and bass, Ron Saltmarsh on lead guitar and backing vocals, and James Hollister, on drums and percussion.
Tickets are available exclusively at Honey’s Market in Kanab and at the door if they don’t sell out. For more information on Joshua Creek, visit joshuacreekmusic.com. See the Kanab Arts Board Facebook event listing for more information on the show.
