Grace MacDowell

Neuropsychologist and autism expert Grace MacDowell, Psy.D., owner of Zion Peaks Wellness Center in Hurricane, began working with individuals with special needs when she was just ten years old. She earned her bachelor's degree in psychology from SUU where she was named the 2001 Valedictorian and Scholar of the Year. Her undergraduate research brought forth a new treatment method for autism, which led to her membership on the All-USA Academic First Team for 2001. She was also named an H. Y. Benedict Scholar for Alpha Chi, a national collegiate honor society. Dr. MacDowell earned her doctorate from Argosy University.
