Brian Head Resort is kicking off the season of golden aspens and crisp alpine air with its annual Oktoberfest celebration, running every weekend from September 6–21, 2025 at the Giant Steps Mountain Base.
This high-elevation twist on the traditional Bavarian festival combines craft beer, festive food, and live music with the unbeatable backdrop of Southern Utah’s fall foliage. From scenic lift rides to family-friendly activities, Oktoberfest at 10,000 feet promises something for everyone.
Festival Highlights
Guests can sip local and regional brews in the mountain beer garden, open daily from 12–5 PM, and enjoy live performances each afternoon from 2–5 PM. Food vendors will be on-site serving classic fare to pair with the drinks. Families can take part in outdoor activities or explore Brian Head’s biking and hiking trails while soaking up the mountain views.

Admission is $10 online or $15 at the gate, with kids welcome to join the fun. Guests can also upgrade to the Prost & Pillows Package starting at $149, which includes a scenic lift ride, Oktoberfest admission, and two commemorative steins, plus overnight accommodations.
