Browse For Treasures At The Parowan Swap Meet

Southern Utah residents are invited to visit beautiful Parowan on March 21 and 22 to attend the Parowan Swap Meet. The event takes place at the Iron County Fairgrounds inside the fair building, located at 50 S. 600 East Clinic Way. The swap meet will be open each day from 9 AM to 6 PM. Admission is free for visitors. Those interested in being vendors can pick up an application at the Parowan Visitor Center, 5 S. Main St. in Parowan, or by calling 435-559-4504.
Hobnob with friends old and new as you shop for antiques, clothing, toys, tools, furniture and more. Browse the yard sale, check out some fundraisers, enjoy food offerings, and just have a good time mingling with your Iron County neighbors.
All are welcome to the swap meet and to spend some time exploring scenic Parowan. The town is filled with restaurants, quaint shops, historical sites and stunning scenery. There’s lots to see and do!
Known as the “Mother Town” of Southern Utah, Parowan was settled by pioneers from The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints, many of whose descendants still call the town home. Related historic sites that are open to visitors include the Old Rock Church, located at 59 S. 100 West; the Jesse N. Smith home (said to be the oldest adobe structure in Utah), located at 45 W. 100 South; and the Priddy Meeks homestead, located at 20 N. 400 West.
Just northwest of the town proper is the famous Parowan Gap, which is home to incredible petroglyphs as well as dinosaur tracks. Up the mountain from Parowan is Brian Head and its renowned ski resorts, as well as the breathtaking Cedar Breaks National Monument.
