In January, CasaBlanca Mesquite Gaming will host Mesquite Motor Mania and the Mesquite Hot Air Balloon Festival. The first event will be the Mesquite Motor Mania car show, running from Friday, Jan. 15, through Sunday, Jan. 17. The Mesquite Hot Air Balloon Festival will run Jan. 23 and 24.
Over 800 cars, from classics to customs, will be parked at the CasaBlanca Resort and Casino, Eureka Hotel and Casino, Oasis Special Events Parking Lot and Virgin River Hotel and Casino Jan. 15–17. There will be open header cruises through Mesquite, and each day the CasaBlanca Resort will host slow drags, roaring engines competitions, and burnout competitions. The Mesquite Hot Air Balloon Festival will be held the following weekend on Jan. 23 and 24. Come see beautiful hot air balloons in the skies over Mesquite. The Mesquite Hot Air Balloon festival features launches Saturday and Sunday morning at the Oasis Special Event Parking Lot (weather permitting).
In addition to the morning balloon launches there are many activities for people to enjoy at the CasaBlanca Resort and Casino on Saturday. At 9:30 and 11 a.m., the CasaBlanca Showroom hosts Popovich World Famous Comedy Pet Theater. At 4 p.m. in the CasaBlanca Resort Skydome Lounge, a champagne tasting will be held. at 6 p.m. in the CasaBlanca south parking lot, a hot air balloon night glow will be held. All events free and open for all ages.
Saturday night, the CasaBlanca Showroom will host a Neil Diamond 75th Birthday Tribute Show starring Rob Garrett and the KOD Band. Tickets start at only $15.
