Dealer Collision Center invites southern Utah residents to help celebrate the grand opening of the company’s new, technologically advanced facility on Black Ridge Drive in St. George. The public is invited to two days of grand opening celebrations starting on Thursday, Dec. 3, from noon to 2 p.m. at the Dealer Collision Center’s Cedar City facility, with the main open house happening on Friday, Dec. 4, also from noon to 2 p.m. at the new St. George location. In addition to being a collision repair facility, Dealer Collision has also made headlines for their charitable giving, including donating a Jazzy power wheelchair to 92-year-old Marine Corps veteran Audre Wells in April of this year.
Referring to the new St. George facility, the general manager of Dealer Collision Center, Jesse Thompson, called it “a game changer for the region’s collision industry.”
“We’re excited to open our doors and let the public experience our upgraded facilities,” Thompson said.
The recently built operations center is located at 184 West 1600 South, just one block north of Dealer Collision Center’s existing St. George facility. The new building features 25,000 square feet of the latest in collision-repair technology, state-of-the-art equipment and comfortable areas for customers to relax.
“This new facility is the final step in a series of advancements that we’ve made,” Thompson said. “The process started by certifying our technicians and equipment so that we could be certified by the major manufacturers.”
Day one of the celebration will be hosted at the Cedar City location at 845 South 555 West. The grand opening festivities at the new St. George location will include a ribbon cutting at noon with the St. George Chamber of Commerce, a tour of the facility and free food from Loaded Burgers, Waffle Love and World’s Best Corndogs.
Dealer Collision Center is currently certified by General Motors, Ford, Lincoln, Nissan, Chrysler, Jeep, Dodge and Ram. The company also works with all auto insurance companies to help make the claims process easy for customers.
