With all due respect, I surely hope Admiral Lisa Franchetti is ready. I am not in any way against a woman serving as the head of the Navy. I just would like to know if she has ever spent time on simulations and wargame strategy constructs and is prepared for the position. If not… God help us. On that note good luck and still time to study up and get up to speed.
