Step into the heart of Beaver Dam, Arizona, at the Beaver Dam Station and Bar, and discover a cornerstone of the community that has been thriving for over 40 years. This year, from May 3-5, 2024, the legendary Beaver Dam Jam music festival returns for its 16th edition, promising a vibrant celebration of music, friendship, and community spirit.
Festival Highlights:
Preparty festival kicks off on Thursday, May 2 at the Beaver Dam Bar, then the Jam officially starts on Friday, May 3, at 2 PM, continuing through the weekend with performances starting at 11 AM on Saturday and 10 AM on Sunday. Vendor areas open at 10 AM each day.
Music and Entertainment: Featuring a diverse lineup of local and regional bands, attendees can enjoy a rich mix of genres from country and rock-n-roll to reggae and folk. Notable acts include Joe Sherman, and the headlining St George band, Distortion.
Special Events: The festival includes unique attractions like the Lawnmower Appreciation Event and a free lunch for fans at 11 AM on Saturday. The evening will close with a performance by the Grateful Dead cover band, Brown Chicken Brown Cow, and late-night tunes from Insanity Stew inside the bar.
Artisans and Vendors: Explore a variety of unique wares from local artisans and vendors, along with delicious offerings from food trucks like Red Wagon Eats.
Community Spirit: Owned and operated by Bill Evans since 1979, Beaver Dam Station and Bar has been a gathering place for the community, hosting events and celebrations throughout the year. From holiday dinners to karaoke nights and lawnmower races, it’s a place where friendships flourish and memories are made.
