* Until 1045 PM MDT
* At 812 PM MDT, Doppler radar indicated a thunderstorm producing
heavy rain over the southeastern portion of Zion National Park. Up
to one inch of rain has already fallen. Flash flooding is expected
to begin shortly along the Clear Creek drainage as well as the
East Fork of the Virgin River.

Flooding is occurring or is imminent. It is important to know where
you are relative to streams, rivers, or creeks which can become
killers in heavy rains. Campers and hikers should avoid streams or
creeks.
