Lemon Ginger Blast
A great post Thanksgiving tonic.

1/2 cup ice water
1 T flax, chia, or hemp seeds
5 small pitted dates
1 apple cored and cut in chunks
1 lemon peeled and seeded *
1 – 2 bok choy leaves
1/2 inch or more of fresh ginger
A dash of cayenne pepper
Blend all ingredients in high-powered blender until smooth.
*Only peel the outer yellow part of the skin to preserve the vitamin C concentrated in the skin.
