About this pet: Bitsy is a tiny terrier blend who was found as a stray. We think she was abandoned with another dog when their owners moved. She is very friendly and loves affection. She gets along with smaller dogs. She has some trouble controlling her “licker.” Her tiny tongue goes all the time.
