Kanab Arts Board Calls for “Harvest Hues” Art Submissions
The Kanab Arts Board is pleased to announce an open call for artists to submit their works for the “Harvest Hues” exhibition. This event will celebrate the vibrant colors, textures, and themes inspired by the autumn harvest, highlighting the rich palette of harvest-inspired hues found in nature.
We invite all local artists, whether emerging or established, to submit their original artworks in any medium that reflects the beauty, warmth, and transformative energy of harvest time.
Exhibition Theme: “Harvest Hues”
The “Harvest Hues” theme focuses on the colors and textures that define the season, including deep oranges, rich reds, golden yellows, and earthy browns, as well as the natural beauty of harvest-related subjects such as crops, bountiful landscapes, and the transition of light.
Submission Guidelines:
- Artists may submit up to two pieces of artwork.
- Works may be in any medium: painting, photography, sculpture, mixed media, three dimensional or other visual arts.
- All submissions must be original and ready for exhibition.
- All submissions must not have been exhibited in any previous Kanab Arts Board exhibition before.
- Artist profiles and photos of artworks must be submitted by June 2nd.
- The exhibition will run from July 17 until September 25.
How to Submit: Artists interested in participating must email photos of their artworks to KanabArts@gmail.com. Please ensure that your submission includes:
- High-resolution images of your artwork.
- A brief artist profile (include your background as an artist and how long you have been living in the area).
- Title, dimensions, and medium of each submitted piece.
