A Kurt Bestor Christmas tour returns to St George and features St George local 14-year-old Soprano Phenom Lillian Breeze Manning as his featured guest.
December 16th, Two Performances, 4 PM & 7:30 PM.
Two-time Emmy-award-winning and Grammy-nominated composer and performer Kurt Bestor announces local guest artist for his 2024 Christmas concert performance at The Dolores Dore Eccles Fine Arts Building on December 16th. This year, he will be introducing Soprano Phenom Lillian Breeze Manning to each audience. Lillian is a local student at Desert Hills Middle School.
Having begun his traditional holiday show 37 years ago in Salt Lake City, Utah when there were few musical Christmas offerings, Bestor strives to present musical memories and stories as only he can. Bestor’s onstage banter and unique arrangements of carols reminds audiences why “There is Only One” A Kurt Bestor Christmas.
Bestor is excited to introduce Lillian Breeze to his audience this year as a guest in Salt Lake City and as a featured guest in St George. She is a 14-year-old soprano who is drawn to the genres of classical crossover and pop opera. Her popular music videos have garnered over five million views, and her YouTube channel has over 90,000 subscribers worldwide who have been touched by her pure and sweet voice. Lillian is also in high demand as a performer, having collaborated with superstars such as David Foster, Katharine McPhee, and Marie Osmond, as well as Daniel Emmet, Jenny Oaks Baker, Lisa Hopkins Seegmiller, and Alex Sharpe. “Lillian was introduced to me by Tony-award-winning singer Lisa Hopkins Seegmiller. I was asked to arrange a piece for them as well as violinist Jenny Oaks Baker. I knew what to expect by the two pro musicians, Lisa and Jenny, but was stunned to hear the angelic voice of this 11-year-old phenom,” said Bestor. “She possesses a one-of-a-kind voice that belays her young years. Adept at classical music’s most difficult arias, she can also belt out a pop tune. I am excited to introduce her to my Kurt Bestor Christmas audiences.”
