The LiVe Well Center in St. George is offering full-body assessments this holiday season for anyone looking to learn more about his or her health and improve it. The assessment includes a functional fitness test, a body composition test in the BOD POD, goal-setting with a health coach, and much more. The holiday price is $249, and clients who purchase the LiVe Well Center assessment before Dec. 31 will also receive a follow-up BOD POD for free, a $45 value. A physician’s referral is not necessary to obtain this comprehensive assessment, and the LiVe Well Center staff will forward results to a primary care physician (with permission).
“This is information about your body that you can’t get anywhere else in one visit, which helps you and your doctor see an expanded picture of your health status,” LiVe Well Center manager Trevor Smith said. “With your commitment and dedication, our credentialed team can help you get well, stay well, and live well for the rest of your life.”
Not only does the LiVe Well Center inform clients about their body’s functional fitness, but clients also receive nutritional recommendations based on their personal goals. Client Larry Hingam said this assessment has been a huge benefit to him and his wife.
“Right after the assessment they told us they could tailor programs to fit us, giving each of us our own program,” Hingam said, “and it was affordable.”
