This year’s theme, “Love at First Flight,” perfectly captures the magic of more than 40 hot air balloons soaring over Kanab’s stunning red rock landscape.
This beloved event promises a weekend filled with awe-inspiring sights, live entertainment, a bustling street fair, and family-friendly fun. With its breathtaking scenery and unforgettable experiences, Kanab once again proves why it’s known as “The Greatest Earth on Show.” Nestled in the heart of southern Utah, Kanab is the ultimate hub for adventure and exploration. A Sky Full of Color Each morning, weather permitting, the hot air balloons will lift off just after sunrise at 7:30 AM, creating a kaleidoscope of color against the dramatic Vermilion Cliffs and the Grand Staircase-Escalante National Monument. Spectators can catch the balloons from all over Kanab, making it the perfect opportunity to snap a photo or simply revel in the moment’s beauty.
Discover the Street Fair On Friday and Saturday, Main Street will transform into a vibrant street fair featuring a variety of vendors offering delicious food, handmade crafts, unique art, and more.
