Make Art Tuesdays Offers Creative Fun at the St. George Children’s Museum

By Elizabeth Gunter

Every Tuesday morning, young artists are invited to get creative at the St. George Children’s Museum during Make Art Tuesdays, a recurring hands-on program designed to spark imagination and introduce basic art concepts in a playful environment.

Held weekly from 11 AM to noon, this interactive experience offers families the opportunity to slow down and make space for artistic expression. Each session provides a new art activity that’s accessible to a wide range of ages and skill levels—making it perfect for curious toddlers, elementary schoolers, and their grown-ups.

Located in the heart of downtown St. George, the museum is known for its vibrant, hands-on exhibits that encourage exploration through play. Make Art Tuesdays adds another layer to that mission, giving kids the chance to experiment with color, texture, and technique under the guidance of friendly museum staff.

Upcoming Dates Include:

  • May 20, 2025
  • May 27, 2025
  • June 3, 2025

…and continuing weekly through the summer.

This drop-in program is included with regular museum admission, so visitors can pair their art-making with plenty of playtime in the exhibits before or after. No registration is required—just show up ready to make something wonderful.
