Brian Head Resort will ring in the New Year with a festive mountain dining experience during the New Year’s Eve Last Chair Dinner on Wednesday, Dec. 31, beginning at 5:30 PM at the Last Chair Grill.
Designed as a celebratory evening for families and friends, the ticketed event combines a full dinner with live music, scenic alpine views, and access to Brian Head Resort’s Torchlight Show and fireworks, viewable from the upper deck.
Guests will enjoy live music by Muddy Boots while dining and toasting to the year ahead. The dinner menu features a wide range of offerings, including lobster bisque, prime rib, whiskey salmon, grilled chicken, roasted garlic mashed potatoes, pesto Alfredo penne, seasonal vegetables, a salad bar, dinner rolls, and desserts. Soft drinks or coffee are included with the meal, with alcohol available for purchase.
The New Year’s Eve Last Chair Dinner takes place at Brian Head Resort, located at 329 S. Highway 143 in Brian Head. Tickets are priced at $100 per person, and advance reservations are required.
The event offers a relaxed yet festive way to celebrate New Year’s Eve in the mountains, combining dining, live entertainment, and one of Brian Head’s signature winter night displays.
