Professional Women’s Inspirational Luncheon speaker focuses on happiness and well-being

On Wednesday, July 29, at 11:30 a.m., the St. George Chamber of Commerce will be pleased to host their Professional Women’s Inspirational Luncheon at the Santa Clara Town Hall. As part of a continuing effort by the Chamber of Commerce to connect their members to the community, this month’s luncheon will feature Dr. Terri Flint of Intermountain Healthcare with a talk entitled “What Happy Women Know.” Dr. Flint will share the latest research on happiness and provide specific actions you can take to improve your personal well-being.
Dr. Flint is the director of Employee Health Services and the Employee Assistance Program at Intermountain Healthcare. She is a clinical social worker with a PhD in social work. She has worked for Intermountain Healthcare for 25 years and loves to help others thrive in change, improve their communication skills and find happiness in everyday moments. Dr. Flint earned a master’s degree in social work and a PhD from the University of Utah in Salt Lake City. To practice what she preaches, she lives in Park City, a beautiful ski resort town in the mountains, where she loves to read, garden and ride her horses.
The St. George Chamber of Commerce “Professional Women’s Inspiration Luncheon” takes place at the Santa Clara Town Hall, located at 2603 Santa Clara Drive in Santa Clara. The public is invited to attend. Cost is $15 per person and includes lunch.
