The biggest show of the year for Raven’s Heart Gallery is almost here! On Friday, October 10 from 6 to 9 PM, the gallery in downtown Kanab will host its Annual Fall Show and Artists’ Reception, featuring brand-new works from all 35 members of the Raven’s Heart Gallery Family of Artists.
This highly anticipated evening is when the gallery completely transforms, rehanging and restaging its walls to showcase the best-of-the-best from each artist. Guests can meet more than 20 artists in attendance, hear about their inspiration firsthand, and take home not only a piece of art but also the special memory of connecting with its creator.
“We look forward to this night all year,” said the Raven’s Heart Gallery team. “We love inviting everyone to this big, fun artsy party to present everything fresh and new from our incredible artists, all in one evening.”
Featured Artists
Highlighted attending artists include Cyrus Mejía, Gary Kalpakoff, Willamarie Huelskamp, Carol Bold, and Angela Woods. The show also welcomes new additions to the Raven’s Heart Gallery Family of Artists: Marjorie Eno, Ken Ragsdale, Natalie Gula, Andrea Johnson, and James Mosdell—each bringing fresh Southern Utah perspectives to the gallery.
The signature artwork for this year’s marketing materials comes from gallery artist Rebekka Anderson. Her piece, a striking color reduction linocut of a raven soaring through golden aspens, sets the tone and theme for the entire Fall Show. The full edition of Anderson’s linocuts will make its debut during the reception.
