For three years, Rock N Tacos has been serving up happiness in the form of craft tacos, massive burritos, and crowd-favorites like elote and birria—all from their spot at The Rock Stop in Orderville. This season has marked a turning point for the small but mighty eatery. In August, Rock N Tacos upgraded from its original food trailer to a larger, more efficient space, cutting wait times and boosting the number of patrons served each day. And in September, they unveiled a brand-new seating area, complete with a sweeping panoramic view that makes every taco taste that much better.

Owner Kyle McGuinn has big dreams for the future. “My goal is to become a destination experience,” he said. “When people plan their trips to Southern Utah I want a meal at Rock N Tacos to be on the list of MUST DOs!!”

Judging by the flood of five-star reviews, Rock N Tacos is well on its way. Nearly 100 glowing comments and photos already light up its Google profile, posted by hungry travelers from all over the world. “I am still amazed every time I see someone pull out their phone and take a picture of the meal I prepared for them,” Kyle shared with pride.

While the tacos may be bliss, the season is short—Rock N Tacos closes at the end of October and reopens in April. That means there are only a few more weeks this year to grab a plate, soak in the views, and taste what has quickly become a must-stop in Orderville.
