On Saturday, Dec. 14, the Vegetarian Society of Utah will host a holiday potluck beginning at 6 p.m. Group photos will be taken to be entered in Dr. Joel Fuhrman’s holiday vegan photo contest, so come decked out in your best Christmas duds!
VSU asks that attendees bring a list of ingredients for their potluck dishes, as many guests have allergies and food sensitivities. Recipes are also welcomed so guests can exchange their yummy holiday ideas. There will also be gifts for the children in attendance.
The potluck will take place at 6 p.m. at the St. George Community Center, 245 N. 200 West in St. George. Those in need of dish ideas can find recipe suggestions at www.fatfreevegan.com.
