About this pet: Roddy was found at local casino. He was found as a stray. He would be very happy to meet you and come to live with you but will need lots of exercise and is a little high-energy when he first get outside. Then calms down and really soaks up the lovin’ and attention that he is given. He is very motivated to learn and has mastered the jump and ramp in the exercise yard. He is learning his manners and loves to go on walks. He wants to be with people and will go looking for new friends if left alone. He can jump fences and will need a high fence and someone with him when out in the yard. He would make a great running partner.

He is an active soul and will need a home that can provide him with daily vigorous exercise and training opportunities. Panda is looking for a home with an active lifestyle. He was surrendered by his owner, who did not have time for him. He has lived in a crate in the house or a kennel in the yard. He is a medium-sized gentleman, weighing in at 51 pounds. He is playful and energetic and loves to run and exercise. He does well on leash and knows sit, fetch, and wait commands. He is eager to please and learn.

About this pet: Athena came to the shelter with her bother Copper because her family was moving out of state and could not take them along. This sweet, gentle cat gets along with everybody, human and feline alike. She loves to talk and will follow you around the room. She sits and begs like a dog for attention. About this pet: Copper is approximately 1-2 years old and a handsome orange/red color with a great personality once he gets to know you. He is a very affectionate and sweet boy who loves being around his people. Copper is shy of new people at first, so when you go visit him, sit patiently and let him come to you. Once he knows you, he is your best friend. He came to the shelter with his sister Athena because his family was moving out of state and could not take them along.

About this pet: Benjamin is approx. 2 years old, solid black in color, and a very sweet and affectionate boy with deep amber eyes. He loves to be petted and loved, just the perfect best friend for some lucky person. He was found as a stray crossing a major street in town. He will hang out with you while you are watching TV or at the computer and loves to curl up on your chest. Benjamin is mellow and laid back at times and then has a silly, playful side. He can be talkative if he has something important to tell you.

About this pet: Gypsy is a small sized cat that was found as a stray. She is a fantastic cat who is looking for a happy home where her true personality can shine. This gal is incredibly affectionate and sweet. She will love cuddling with you, sitting in your lap, and giving you head butts. She meows to say hi and will follow you around the house, keeping you company. She’s past the hyper kitten stage but is still active and enjoys the stimulation of chasing feathers on string and toy mice. She’ll be sure to entertain you with her antics during regular play sessions.

About this pet: Sherry was found as a stray. She is a golden color with medium-length hair. She loves to sit on your lap or just snuggle. She is a bit tentative until she knows you. She gets nervous and feels hurt from being left alone on the streets. She is doing well on leash training. Watch out for Sherry’s kisses.

About this pet: Hyko’s owner could no longer care for her. She is a very friendly dog. She knows sit and is doing well on leash training. She can get a bit intimidated around bigger dogs. We just got her this week.

Saffron was brought to the shelter as a stray because she kept trying to get into people’s homes. She is a very calm, friendly lady. She gets along with the other cats. She just wants to be loved. She was most likely dumped and had been used to living inside a home.
