Arrowhead Gallery is buzzing with excitement this August as it celebrates the work of spotlight artist Beth Lingwall and prepares to welcome renowned landscape painter Roland Lee. A special open house honoring Lee and his latest collection will be held on September 4 from 5 to 7 PM. Guests can enjoy live music, refreshments, and an up-close look at Lee’s watercolor mastery. A signature member of the National Watercolor Society, Lee’s work has appeared in Fine Art Connoisseur, Southwest Art, and more. His new collection is now on view.

Meanwhile, Red Cliff Gallery continues its tradition of fostering artistic engagement with a vibrant lineup of community events. On August 7 from 5:30 to 7:30 PM, Connect with Colleen Gianatiempo offers new and emerging Utah artists a chance to meet, mingle, and make art in a relaxed setting. Gianatiempo returns on August 25 to lead her Elements at Play workshop, a hands-on session blending color theory and collage. Participants will leave with a one-of-a-kind creation and a boost of creative confidence.
From August 11 through 22, the St. George City Employee Art Show showcases the talents of municipal workers beyond their day jobs. A public reception on August 12 from 5 to 7 PM offers a chance to meet the artists and view the work.
Capping off the month is The Power of Three, a collaborative exhibit running August 26 through September 18. The show features work from three creative collectives—Guild SubClubs, Elements at Play, and Turn Center—with a reception on August 28 from 3 to 5 PM.
Arrowhead Gallery is located at 68 E Tabernacle in St. George and is open Tuesday through Thursday from 11 AM to 6 PM, and Friday and Saturday from 11 AM to 8 PM.
