Like all puppies, I will need patient people and basic training to help me fit into your home and family.

He plays great with his other dog friends, loves to go on walks, has a good recall for a young doodle, and also likes chill time on the couch. He has a black coat with a little brown on his face and the back of his front legs. Dusty will be a medium-large size dog when fully grown but right now is all legs with an adorable prance. He is a very well-adjusted dog that would make a great addition to any family.

Stoli will be sooo appreciative of a loving home where she won’t be hungry anymore. She will reward you with lots of headbutts and cuddles.

She is friendly, independent, quiet, curious, smart, brave, and gentle and she’s house-trained. She’s bonded with her brother, Elvis, and they would make a good pair to adopt.
Elvis
You can’t help falling in love with Elvis. He is meant to be in a loving home. Take his paw. Take his whole life too. He’s a little shy but with patience, he will fall in love with you. He is protective, independent, quiet, and gentle and he is house-trained. Elvis would like another fur buddy in his furever home. He is bonded with his sister, Jackie, and they would make a good pair to adopt.

Talon
Talon is a young active dog who came to us as a stray. He loves walks and mental games but he also loves to run and play. He’s a fast learner, catching on to phrases and commands quickly, he knows commands sit, paw, and wait. He would be the ideal companion for an active family or someone who enjoys a daily run. With his alert, inquisitive nature, he is sure to excel at obedience training. Talon is a friendly dog who loves attention. However, he is sensitive about his head and loud voices. We believe he has spent his time outdoors so will need help with house training. In return, Talon promises a long life spent in devotion to you. Talon can also open gates.

June Bug and Pups
Sweet June Bug has already weened her seven babies and we are looking for someone to foster any or all of them until they are ready to post for adoption.
June Bug is gentle and smart. She loves to play ball. She currently has a neck wound and needs to be monitored to make sure she doesn’t bother it until it’s healed.
Babies are approximately five weeks old and they are fluffy little social bundles of energy.
If you are interested in fostering, please contact Wendy at 435-773-5209.
Dash
Some Native American cultures believe having heterochromia (one blue eye and one brown) means one can see heaven and earth at the same time. They refer to this as having Ghost Eyes and beautiful Dash definitely has them. And if his eyes don’t melt your heart, his cute little nose will! Not only is he stunning, but he’s also a total love bug who will melt right into your arms.
Dash was dumped at Parowan Gap and lived on his own for at least two weeks. One of the local families put food out for him until he became brave enough to be coaxed inside where he immediately found the couch. He was good with their kids and dogs.
Dash is young (we’re guessing six months to a year) and has a lot of energy. He likes to play with other dogs but can be enthusiastic so he’ll do best with some training. He’s afraid of loud noises and sudden movements and terrified of water from a hose. Who knows what this sweet boy went through before he was left to fend for himself? He deserves so much better.
Bing and Chunk
Brothers Bing and Chunk were surrendered together and have rarely been apart since they were born 2 years ago and, although we would love for them to be adopted together, we think they’ll be fine separately.
Bing, named for his beautiful Bing Crosby eyes, is energetic, playful, and loves to chew (antlers and durable toys preferred). He also enjoys cuddling and giving kisses. Bing has some fear of riding in cars and freezes up and doesn’t want to get in. However, after just a few trips to the dog park with our fabulous volunteers, he’s already becoming more relaxed and has a great time once he gets there. Trips to other fun places should help him continue with his progress.
Chunk is a big softie who, as his name suggests, loves his food and very much looks forward to mealtime but he does fine eating with other dogs and has never shown any food aggression. He loves his snacks!
Both pups are good with other dogs, cats, and kids and will make a great addition to an active family. As puppies, Bing and Chunk may do better with older children who will make sure not to leave toys laying around. (Did we mention both do love to chew and will need supervision since they will swallow toys if allowed.) Both Bing and Chunk would benefit from some training as they can jump and be mouthy when excited and haven’t had much experience walking on a leash. They need a loving family with room to play and time to help socialize them.
Daisy
Born around the first of September, squatty-bodied Daisy likes to rough and tumble with the other dogs at the adoption center and then settle down for a well-deserved cuddle. Flip her over in your arms and she’ll melt for a tummy rub.
Daisy is almost housebroken. She’s good with kids, other dogs and cats! She has been spayed, is up to date on her vaccinations and is available for adoption.
Flynn
Flynn is a picky eater and guards his food. For some reason, he is afraid of delivery trucks and some men. Unfortunately, this breed sheds more than most so his new adopter will need to be prepared.
A quick Google search on this breed shows they are affectionate, inquisitive, loving, alert, lively, active, intelligent, fearless, and playful dogs who tend to have separation anxiety when their owners leave them alone at home because they bond very closely with them.
Quincy
Although she isn’t doing the full husky howl yet, baby Quincy is already very talkative and she has plenty of important things to say.
Born May 31st, she’s almost … but not quite … house trained. She loves water and would be so happy with an adopter who doesn’t mind snuggling a wet girl! She has fun with dogs of all sizes and even gets along with cats!
Quincy’s going to make a great family dog but her puppy teeth are razor sharp and she likes to bite so she should be fully supervised around kids. She needs lots of chew toys until those big-girl teeth come in.
