“Lines in Nature” exhibition
“Lines in Nature” is a two-person exhibit featuring the wood carvings of Justin Newby and the paintings and relief prints of Carol Bold. The exhibit will show through Dec. 26 from 9 a.m. to 6 p.m. at the Canyon Community Center in Springdale. This is a free event. For information, call (415) 385-5459.
Painted Hills Fiber Artists exhibit

Brigham’s Playhouse presents “It’s A Wonderful Life”
Brigham’s Playhouse presents the original musical version of “It’s A Wonderful Life” Thursday through Saturday at 7 p.m. with a Saturday matinee at 2 p.m. This theatrical performance will play through Dec. 31. Ticket prices are $23 for adults, $21 for seniors, and $17 for children 5–17 and students (with valid student ID). Children under 5 years old are not permitted. Christmas on Broadway at The Electric Theater
The Stage Door brings this original Christmas production to The Electric Theater daily at 7:30 p.m. through Dec. 17. This fun production for the whole family returns for its second year will all new numbers and show classics. Tickets are $15 for children under 16 and seniors 59 and older and $17 for ages 16–58. Auditions for “12 Dancing Princesses” at The Electric Theater
CMT St. George is holding auditions for “12 Dancing Princesses” Friday from 3 to 8 p.m. at The Electric Theater. All youth ages 5–18 are invited to audition. Southern Utah Heritage Choir presents “That Holy Night”
Los Metichones Band at Envy Nightclub
9 p.m. Friday, Los Metichones Band will perform at Envy Nightclub in Mesquite. Join DJ Fu3go and DJ Tony Montes mixing the best Latin Music. Girls on the Run Southern Utah 5K
Girls on the Run Southern Utah is hosting a 5K to finish off its fall season. Activities begin Saturday at 8 a.m. with the run starting at 10 a.m at Sullivan Virgin River Soccer Park. Year-Round Farmer’s Market in Cedar City
Visit the only Year-Round Farmer’s Market in Utah, a real farmers market that sells only locally produced and grown fruit, vegetables, jam, bread, and other farm products. Ryan Shupe & The Rubberband
Being a fifth-generation fiddler, Ryan Shupe is an accomplished guitarist and mandolin player. Shupe has been touring extensively across the U.S. since he was 10 years old and is no stranger the the national stage. Shupe will perform Saturday at 7:30 p.m. at the Cox Performing Arts Center as part of the Dixie State Celebrity Concert Series. Ticket prices vary and can be purchased at the Dixie State Box Office.
