Ancestor Square Spring Concert Series
The Southern Utah Songwriters Association kicks off their Ancestor Square Spring Concert Series with Nic Chamberlain and Ryan Tilby Thursday. Enjoy a whole night of great roots music like blues, bluegrass, outlaw country, folk and more. Carlie Wall will be opening the night. “What Women Want” Expo
Pamper yourself this weekend at the “What Women Want” Expo. This is the perfect gift to give your mom. Happening Friday from 10 a.m. to 8 p.m. and Saturday from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. Be a part of the largest consumer show in Southern Utah. George Streetfest on Main
This month’s Streetfest features Lady Van Love on the Main Street stage along with food trucks, craft booths, street vendors, dancing games, and more. Don’t miss Ryan Innes from “The Voice” play live music at the Desert Pulse Jazz Garden. Enjoy drinks and tapas in the Jazz Garden to go along with great music in Ancestor Square. This event happens every first Friday of the month from 6 to 10 p.m. on Main Street between Tabernacle and St. George Blvd.
Jennifer Nettles at Tuacahn

The Comedy Machine
The Comedy Machine is back for the month of May. Enjoy a night of laughter with host Paul Scally, comedian Mel Kohl, and headliner Kirk McHenry. Smokin’ Hot Mesquite Days
Smokin’ Hot Mesquite Days is a Kansas City Barbecue Society-sanctioned BBQ championship. This event runs Friday through Sunday and features three days great BBQ, taste testing, music, and fun. Southern Utah Farmers Markets
With spring in the air, the farmers market season has begun. Farmers markets line the Southern Utah area. The Zion Canyon Farmers Market kicks off Saturday and runs until October 15.
