Cauliflower Mashed Potatoes
4 pounds Yukon gold potatoes with skin cut in cubes and boiled until soft. Drain well then mash with desired amount of Chicken Style Cauliflower Gravy
Chicken Style Cauliflower Gravy1 # cauliflower florets
2 T Chicken Style Seasoning
1 ½ t onion powder
1 t salt
Steam cauliflower in ½ cup water until tender. Blend steamed cauliflower with steam water and remaining ingredients with 1 cup water until smooth. Add 1 more cup of water. Blend to mix. Heat on stove if needed.

1 1/3 cups nutritional yeast flakes
3 T onion powder
3 T salt
1 ½ T basil
1 T garlic powder
1 t oregano
½ t turmeric, for color
Blend all ingredients until smooth. Store in a glass jar. Avoid holding jar over steaming food as it will take on moisture and cake.
