These crab claws are the size of your fist! The knuckles alone have more succulent meat than an entire entrée of spider crab legs!
I come from the northwest, where Dungeness crabs are abundant and amazingly delicious. We used to go crabbing often, and eat them that same day. Now that I’ve tried this monstrous crustacean of the sea, I’ve been converted!
Served on a mountain of crushed ice with two delicious sauces, you have the choice of one, two, or three claws with their knuckles. I had two with a house salad and was perfectly satisfied. Fresh gourmet bread is served with your meal, along with a plate of delicate cheese pieces and olives. Compliment that with a glass of Chardonnay, and you’re off to impress anyone.
