Since August 2014, Switchpoint Community Resource Center has been a stepping stone to independence for low-income or homeless families and individuals. In August of 2015, Switchpoint opened a new 2,500 square-foot facility to better serve its clientele and offer a range of services that constructs a pathway towards a better future for those in need. The new center includes a larger food pantry, laundry facility, a training center with 50 computers, a multipurpose room, and 16 rooms — each with a shower, sink, and toilet — capable of housing up to 64 people.
In addition to these services, currently at Switchpoint Community Resource Center, free classes are being offered to the community.
