It’s easy to fly past Beaver on the long stretch between Southern Utah and Salt Lake City—but trust us: you’ll want to plan a stop. Tucked right off I-15, The Creamery isn’t just a cheese shop—it’s a road trip oasis serving up crave-worthy comfort food, small-batch ice cream, and a market full of Utah-made goods.
On a recent drive home from a Stick Figure concert, we finally gave in to curiosity and pulled over. The Creamery had been catching our eye for ages—its bright blue silo and modern farmhouse vibe feel like a billboard come to life. And once inside, it fully delivers.
My guy and I each ordered a sandwich, then went halfsies so we could try both. The braised short rib was the standout—melty, slow-cooked beef paired with an au jus that was rich enough to drink. The avocado bacon ranch sandwich was no slouch either, layered with smoky bacon, crisp greens, and a creamy ranch with just the right tang. We rounded things out with a side of cheese curds—golden and perfectly squeaky—and a comforting cup of tomato soup.
And of course, we didn’t leave without sampling the ice cream. The Creamery’s house-made flavors are rich, creamy, and the perfect end to a meal you didn’t know you needed on I-15.
