Music lovers have something new to look forward to this winter as the Electric Concert Series kicks off at the Electric Theater Center, 68 E. Tabernacle St., in downtown St. George. Formerly known as the “Winter Concert Series,” the newly rebranded Electric Concert Series brings the community together once a month from October through January for free, family-friendly evenings of live music and local connection.

The next performance features Nashville recording artists The Truman Brothers, taking the stage on Monday, Nov. 10, at 7 PM. The concert is free and open to the public, with seating on a first-come, first-served basis. Donations are appreciated.

The Truman Brothers—Ben and Chad Truman—are signed to Shadow Mountain Records and bring a unique mix of pop, soul, and inspirational storytelling to the stage. Sons of Dan Truman, keyboardist for the Grammy-winning country group Diamond Rio, the brothers grew up surrounded by music and faith, traveling with their father and performing in choirs, churches, and concert halls.

After officially forming their group in Provo, Utah, in 2005, the duo became one of the first acts to perform at the now-iconic Velour Live Music Gallery. They went on to share stages with Imagine Dragons, Kelly Clarkson, and other major artists, touring across the country with their signature blend of harmony and heartfelt lyricism.

Their debut album, Quiet Revolution, landed in the Top 10 of the iTunes Christian chart, and the brothers later made history as the first pop/rock Christian artists to perform at the Tabernacle at Temple Square. The title track’s lyrics—“Can you really be heard if you don’t listen? Can you really be strong if you’re not lifting others?”—reflect the duo’s message of unity, compassion, and faith.

In 2021, the brothers won the Praiseworthy Award for Best Original Religious Song for “Before the Calm.” Their follow-up EP, Face the Fire (2022), features the lead single “Oh Child,” and continues their journey of exploring themes of resilience, love, and human connection through music that resonates with all ages.

With rich vocal harmonies, memorable hooks, and a grounded sense of purpose, the Truman Brothers continue to inspire audiences with songs that encourage hope and authenticity.
