Thunder Junction Eggstravaganza Offers Outside-the-Basket Easter Event for the Whole Family
– By Cami Cox –
If you’re looking for a family Easter outing that surpasses the traditional egg hunts and picnics, the Thunder Junction Eggstravaganza is for you! This festive event, taking place April 11, 12, and 14 from 6-8 PM, offers interactive Easter-themed activities for the entire family. The event will be held at the Thunder Junction All-Abilities Park, located at 1851 S. Dixie Dr. in St. George.
Rather than an ordinary Easter egg hunt, the Thunder Junction All-Abilities Park will host a park-wide search for hidden egg stations during the Eggstravaganza event. Attendees will also enjoy activities like “Guess the Eggs,” where they can put their estimation skills to the test by guessing the number of eggs in a special jar. A prize will be given to the winner. There will also be photo ops with none other than the Easter Bunny, so come ready to commemorate your family outing with a visual keepsake to take home. An Eggsploration Craft Corner will allow youngsters to get creative making their own festive take-home Easter crafts, and the “Hoppin Express” train ride will provide whimsical trips through the park on an Easter-themed train. Get hopping at the Bunny Hop Dance Zone, enjoy face painting, and join in the Eggventure Hunt to search for hidden egg stations and discover fun surprises. There will be plenty of fun for everyone, and lots of Easter memories to be made.
The Thunder Junction Eggstravaganza is a ticketed event, and availability is limited. Tickets are $8 per person, with children 1 year and younger admitted for free. Tickets must be purchased in advance and are nonrefundable. Attendees should have their QR codes ready for scanning at the entry gate. During the event, the Thunder Junction All-Abilities Park will be closed to the public.
