Reservations are still available for the Fifth Annual Beaujolais Nouveau Festival, which takes place tonight, Nov. 23 at the Spotted Dog Café in Springdale.
This celebration of fine food and wine in Zion Canyon is an authentic celebration and tribute to Les Sarmentelles as well as a commemoration of the first release of the 2013 French Beaujolais.
The evening will begin at 6 p.m. with a welcome ceremony that includes cassis and white wine cocktails and tray-passed hors d’ oeuvres. The gala event will feature a six-course dinner with wine. The evening’s highlights will include the oath of the new “Compagnon’s du Beaujolais.“
