VSU TO PRESENT ‘THE FAT VEGAN FOR THE WESTERN DIET’
On Tuesday, Oct. 23 at 6 p.m., the Vegetarian Society of Utah is presenting “The Fat Vegan for the Western Diet: A DVD presentation” by John McDougall, M.D. The event will be held at the St. George Community Building, 245 N. 200 West in St. George.
Whether you are vegan, vegetarian or just thinking about becoming one this information is crucial to your health success.

John A. McDougall, M.D. is a physician and nutrition expert who teaches better health through vegetarian cuisine. McDougall has been studying, writing and “speaking out” about the effects of nutrition on disease for over 30 years. He is the founder and medical director of the nationally renowned McDougall Program, a 10-day residential program located at a luxury resort in Santa Rosa, Calif.
