Spring Into Creative Opportunities
Free Social, April 5, 2025.
Washington City Arts Council (WCAC) announces two upcoming events.

MARCH WORKSHOP
Our March workshop will be held on Saturday, March 15, from 10 AM – 12 PM with web designer Harrison Spriggs. The workshop will provide everything you need to know about creating a website and how to use it to promote and sell your art. You’ll walk away with free tools to use for graphic design, insight into how to use AI to create web content, a ready-to-go web template that you can personalize, a digital copy of the presentation for future reference, and an overview of domain names, hosting, pricing, security, and branding colors. If you want to develop your website, non-artists will find the workshop equally valuable.
Harrison Spriggs is a freelance web designer and digital marketer with a track record of helping businesses and creatives build strong online presence. With years of experience designing websites, optimizing search engines, and crafting digital marketing strategies, he can help you learn how to turn a website into a powerful tool for growth. The workshop is limited to 40 individuals, so register early to ensure your spot. To register or for more information, visit or email washingtoncityartscouncil@gmail.com. The cost of the workshop is $40.
SPRING SOCIAL
The public is invited to come and socialize at the Washington City Arts Council’s Spring Social. A short program will kick off the evening, after which you can explore what our local art scene offers at this eclectic event. You will be treated to light refreshments and live music as you experience beautiful art and engage in stimulating conversation with our talented artists. There is no cost to attend the Social on April 5.
The Social will occur on Saturday, April 5, at the newly remodeled Washington Heritage Hall, located at the northeast corner of Telegraph and Main Streets, Washington, Utah. Festivities begin at 6 PM and will run until about 7:30 PM. More information will be available at https://www.washingtoncityartscouncil.com/about.
WCAC workshops and events are supported by Washington City RAP Tax and the Miner Foundation.
